How big are the jar treats?

Cake & cookie jars are 10.5cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter.

Slice jars are 8.5cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter.

All our treats come in a 12cm3 gift box.

 

What is the shelf life?

Cake jars | 7 days

Slice jars | 10 days

Cookie jars | 10 days

 

Kids Cookie Kits | 10 days for the baked cookies

 

Do the jars require refrigeration?

Cake and slice jars are best kept in the refrigerator until consumed. 

All orders to addresses within the South Island are shipped via overnight courier.

 

All orders to addresses within the North Island are shipped via 2-day courier.

 

When will I get my order?

You can select your requested delivery date at the check out.

 

I have food allergies, are SF treats safe for me?

All our products are produced in a registered food safe kitchen, audited by Tasman Council. 

Gluten, dairy, tree nuts, soy, eggs, and sulphates are all handled in this kitchen and whether or not these are listed on the ingredients list, traces of all these items may be found in our goods. 

 

How do I track my order?

Your parcel is scanned at each stage of its journey by NZ Couriers or Post Haste. To get an ETA of when your parcel will be delivered, please check the tracking link we sent to you via email when your order was fulfilled. This email is typically sent to you 2-3 days before your order is scheduled/requested to arrive.

 

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

First, please use the track and trace link we sent to you to see where your order is in transit.

Can I arrange a delivery for a specific time?

We can arrange the delivery date, just not a specific time.

Deliveries occur Tuesday through to Friday.
